haiz... yesterday training okay la soso... quit easy but i was really doing much yesterday... donne why... haiz... later PE i go train myself. hmmm i wonder tmr want to go down for sea training or not , becuz of my eye.. haiz... ok cs is going to push himself to the limit !!!!! TRY TRY TRY

haiz... sian lor... dragon boat can really kill me man... but i like... hehehe... i can really feel myself pushing when during training... i hate the part when we have do put the wheel things forget what's that called. must go rmb it. haiz... i realize 1 thing. is that during training or other exercise , dun drink too much water, seriously you will feel like to puke man. and you confirm will puke becuz i kena 2 time before. yesterday kena the teacher scold. say what ''wah you su kar su kar come su kar su kar dun wan come ar'' wah sian he say like this i nth to say. i cant come becuz of my eye mah... what you expect. but lucky got friend to tell him. LOL.haiz.... ok i go rest later need go sch at 1 pm LOL today teacher sms say morning no class no need go. so sudden. lol ok ok i go rest. muscle ache LOL !

Wah long time no post ler... haiz... wah the higher nitec stupid 1 lor... ask us go so early then at there do nth... wth man...
haiz... so suay kena the eye infection... people thought i cry or watch too much ''tv'' already lol... dun say about that 1.Hopefully i can get well by this week and get my ass back to the sch and dragon boat.. haiz sian...
